MAY 20, 15 .. TOUGH WORK CAPTAIN .. BUT SOMEONE HAS TO DO IT !!

Once in awhile .. From Time To Time .. I DO take a break and kind of sort of .. lolly-gaggle.

Oh Come On Captain! ROOM SERVICE CAPTAIN?

MEAL2 002

I NEED HELP HERE! IF ANY OF YOU KNOW HOW TO MAKE THESE PEOPLE SMILE LET-ME-KNOW!

MEAL2 003

One very SPICY! Masala Omelette! In general .. India has some of the most fresh and delicious eggs that I have eaten anywhere! The butter is outrageously excellent!

MEAL2 004

Note above their idea of toast. My idea of toast is to toast stale dry bread until it catches on fire and resembles charcoal. Usually I get warm white bread .. so the above was pretty good.

Well I must give-them-credit! They are at least TRYING TO DO TOAST!

OMELETTE 004

VERY GOOD MY LADS! VERY GOOD!

The omelette with toast and a tip costs IRS 80 (Indian Rupees) or US$ 1.26.

Moving right along let’s all go out to LUNCH!

Looking up the street. I will show a close-up of the brown sign at the top right below as well as of the main entrance by the red sign in the near distance.

I have never ever gotten sick eating here and I have been eating here for about 24 years.

MEAL 007

Believe Thee Me! I do take it slow and easy walking down the below stairs!

MEAL 008

Turning right at the bottom of the stairs you look into the restaurant. To the immediate right of the man going into the kitchen is one of my two favorite tables.

MEAL 006

Sitting at my above favorite table looking back toward where I shot the above photo.

MEAL 001

Panning right below. To the left of the Pepsi machine .. Under the photo on the wall .. Is my other favorite table .. NOT where the couple are but the empty table to the left of them.

MEAL 002

Below is the view from my other favorite table. To the right of the man going into the kitchen where the two men are sitting with their backs to the wall is my favorite table that I show views from above. The couple I mention above were sitting at the table on the left below.

MEAL 012

Panning right. Oh My Goodness ! My Man Going Into The Kitchen is on the right below NOT going into the Kitchen!

MEAL 011

Let’s EAT!

MEAL 003

I have known Akhilesh for too many years now. Several decades if you must know! I have fun with them all. Not too many guests spoof and kid with the staff like I do.

The omelet looks wonderful … very likely made with eggs freshly out from under the resident chickens! On the radio here (in Alaska) today, the commentator was commenting on one of the local Farmers’ Markets having FRESH eggs. The commentator said once you have fresh eggs, you will be spoiled forever.

That smile you finally got out of Akhilesh was brilliant … well worth reaching out for his ticklish spot!! Hugs. Patti

I guess you are right on about FRESH eggs. I can really tell the difference! Like you say right out from under the resident hen(s)! I see Akhilesh all day and he often is smiling so I KNEW he had one in him. Just getting him to smile for me was the problem. Smiles and Love ..

It’s great that you can eat extremely spicy Indian food and not suffer any consequences. But then, your system is fairly well accustomed to their cuisine.

After seeing the first photo of Akhilesh, I couldn’t even imagine a smile on his face. After you worked on him, he gave you a priceless smile. Only you could do that!!
