JUL 20, 15 .. MY APARTMENT IN ULAANBAATAR MONGOLIA ..

I am sitting here in the city of Ulaanbaatar located in the north and east of Mongolia.

The first map below shows you exactly where Mongolia is located. Mongolia is land-locked between Russia to the North and China to the South.

The second map below shows you a closer view of Mongolia and of the capital city Ulaanbaatar ..

I want all of you to meet my friend Happy who has agreed to let me stay in one of his own personal properties ..

Never have I seen any human being so ‘live-up-to-their-name’ as Happy !!

He is truly such a very happy HAPPY man ..

In the background of each of these photos you can see several of the other buildings in this planned-community-complex ..

Built in the 1950s with financing from Russia .. At the time this was a state-of-the-art community ..

I MEAN .. IS IT NICE!

Panning to the right of the above photo below you see a beautiful wall-hanging. It is an enormous oriental carpet. Look closely at the lower right of the photo below.

Above on the small table you may notice that I have some company here with me.

I have some very sweet ‘pets’ to keep me company here in MY HAPPY PLACE ..

I have gone to the window side of my room. Looking back .. on the left is the oriental rug wall-hanging. Do you notice anything else?

In my room .. at the foot of my bed .. for the first time ever-in-my-life I have .. for the time being .. assuming that I leave this wonderful place .. which I may .. and then again .. I may not ever leave Mongolia .. BABA KAN YOU HAD BETTER SLIP ON BACK TO THE U.S.A. TO DEAL WITH ME AT SOME POINT .. /SIGNED/ UNCLE SAM AND THE I.R.S. ..

At three o’clock this early morning .. I was working away here in MY BEDROOM ..

The first photo looks to the left in the direction of Peace Avenue in the distance. In the lower foreground you see the roof  and part of an adjoining building. This building is the Sunshine Hotel.

As I noted earlier I am in a planned urban community.

Now we will step outside and look at my building from ground level.

I first met Deegi at the Chinggis Khaan International Airport on July the 16th as Deegi welcomed all of us* to Ulaanbaatar Mongolia ..

* Make no mistake here .. I am but one small part of a larger group who were invited to come to Mongolia.

You have just met one .. Deegi ..

Happy and his wonderful apartment just did not suddenly appear out-of-the-woodwork. Oh No .. I did not just bump-into Happy as I walked down the street. I feel like an invisible author seemingly wrote a script and as a result here I sit.

What more can I possibly say .. Thank You So Much Deegi .. You are one amazing human being ..

Deegi .. I consider you to be what I call .. One Of God’s Eskimos ..
