You did what Captain? You went where to eat Captain? How can this be Captain?

Did you forget about the Hot Pot Korean Europian* Restaurant?   *Their spelling not mine.
Did you forget about your favorite table?

Did you forget about your wonderful .. fantastic .. phenomenal .. Bacon / Potato Salads ?

Well Captain .. At your age we understand a little-slip-of-your memory!

BUT .. Did you also forget about ..

ОЛОН ОРНЫ ХООЛ ..

Pretty ‘nifty’ huh ‘Zilla that I can type Mongolian Cyrillic letters!

Did you forget about your favorite table at ОЛОН ОРНЫ ХООЛ !

JUST LOOK CAPTAIN! They continue to remodel at ОЛОН ОРНЫ ХООЛ !

Will you just look at all of the new and plush and very fancy ‘booths’ along the West wall!
They used to have tables and chairs along the West wall ..

Will you just look at the new ‘booths’ 

How about the remodeling at the North end of ОЛОН ОРНЫ ХООЛ !
It used to look like the above and below photos show. A small private dining room.

One night a work crew was just ‘attacking’ this room.

The work crew installed a ‘divider partition’ to enclose this area. They made a room-within-a-room.
OK .. I am not sure exactly what they gained in this process except a little privacy. On the right is the path to the ‘necessary room’.
Then the work crew removed the front divider partition you see above ..

And? They put a ‘booth’ in this area ..‘Zilla! Some contractor must be going just a ‘tad nuts’ I imagine. “What exactly do you want to end up with here ОЛОН ОРНЫ ХООЛ?”

They re-modeled the ‘necessary room’ up the hall and to the left from the above ‘new’ dining area.

“Oh For Goodness Sake’s Alive! You’re Mongolians! Make Do!”

“CAN you imagine that Kanbaatar! They have a nice place ‘to GO’. It is inside where it is warm and cozy. Now they are complaining about NOT having a seat on the ‘sitter’!” ..

“Kanbaatar what am I going to do with these young Mongolians!”

“Kanbaatar will you hand me one of your friend ‘Zilla’s Snickers’ Bars. I am suddenly hungry!”

Where was I ? When Chinggis comes roaring in here I get all shook-up !  Got it !

Did you forget about your wonderful .. fantastic .. phenomenal .. meals at ОЛОН ОРНЫ ХООЛ ?

And you did what ?

And you went where ?

Spotless .. Immaculate .. Clean Clean Clean ..
The counter crew were fascinated with my photographing their fine restaurant .. Why Me? I seem to ‘get-a-pass’ 90% of the time.






‘My Booth’ above and ‘My View’ below .. You have to know what you are looking for but the Blue Sky Hotel and Tower is just barely visible up the street. Look at the extreme right edge of the below photo. Do you see its rounded outline through the trees?

“You ate cooked meat Kanbaatar?” ..

“Et Tu Kanaatar!”   .. Said Chinggis Khaan putting his right forearm across his forehead as he slowly sank to his knees in uttter and devastated disappointment!” .. “My men ate raw meat dripping with fresh blood Kanbaatar!”

“You did what!”

“As if one wasn’t bad enough for you Kanbaatar you actually found another one?”

Spotless .. Immaculate .. First Class ..

“It sounds like Cap is having an absolutely great time traveling. He is having far more fun than I am. He has inspired me to retire, so I am … retiring! I want to have fun too!!”

I encouraged Dr. Herb to get on with it …
