Cap is officially IN Siberia, Russia, having just processed at the Mongolian/Russian border.

This follows a full day of driving with Mongolian friends North from the capital of Ulaanbaatar to Sukhbaatar, just south of the border. They proceeded to cross the border very early this morning which is Tuesday, August 2nd, 2017, local time in both Mongolia and Russia. He is flying pretty high with excitement!

    I saw aa folks from Irkutsk at the” 27 years of aa convention in KAZAN “russia last spring. The second half of that weekend was a second aa convention in MALTA.
