FEB 26, 18 .. THE BRAIN SCAN MRI WAS NO PROBLEM FOR YOURS TRULY

As you all may recall, my Mayo Doctor Nancy Koch (her name Koch is actually pronounced as Cook) specifically told me that the Brain Scan MRI would be a full 1-hour procedure.

To assume anything can certainly be dangerous.

Assume (spell it out) .. ASS U ME ..

And to assume things can make an ASS out of U and ME

Now back to Doctor Koch. When she told me it would be a full 1-hour procedure, I assumed that the good doctor meant the actual MRI process itself  would take a full 1-hour.

Evidently what Doctor Koch meant was this : From the time you check in, until the time you walk out of the procedure room and meet Patti, it will be a full 1-hour.

Because THAT indeed was what it was.

Check-In for the appointment. Wait to be called. Go back and get undressed. Put on the hospital gown and cotton trousers and socks. Wait to be called to go into the MRI room. Have the procedure. Get dressed and tell Patti, “It was nothing.” is precisely what happened in the full 1-hour time span.

Read : The actual brain-scan MRI took between 20 / 25 minutes.

Here ‘could be’ the bad news at Black Rock. It is a possibility that Doctor Koch meant for me to have a different brain-scan MRI than what the technicians performed.

Conclusion : Until I hear more, I’m not talking while the flavor lasts.

Many Thanks To All Of  You Who Were Rooting-For-Me.

Over And Out for now.

With some considerable Joy .. Cap and Patti
