JAN 2, 19 .. SOMETHING IS HAPPENING HERE .. WHAT IT IS AIN’T EXACTLY CLEAR
I feel like I am sitting in the bottom of a well. I just don’t have a clear idea of who is following here with passion and interest and, on the other hand, who is just casually skipping along with me and is not all that deeply interested.
Here is the point. I think that you who are really into this adventure, are aware of my two websites, dot.net and blogspot. So, to you who probably check both of them no matter what, it must be a bore for me to tell (all of you reading here) that I have published a post over on blogspot.
But by so doing, I give all of the casual readers an easy way to go check blogspot.

NO. According to Mike my translator and Russian expert, there were no Gulags here in Krasnoyarsk. The Gulags were up in the North where it REALLY GETS COLD. Man’s inhumanity to mankind!
I guess all (or most) of you know that I actually am doing something other than posting these posts.

The below couple are fast becoming great friends of mine here in Krasnoyarsk. The gentleman and my web master share the same first name.
I am in a meeting. I am here in a city of some one million people. I met my very own Shaman down in Kyzyl, a city quite far South of here.
So what to my wondering eyes should appear here in Krasnoyarsk?
In he walks. He comes to the front table and sits himself down beside me.
Now how did he know where I was and what I was doing at a specific time and place in a huge city?
“Because he is, after all, a Shaman!”
This time I actually got him to smile and look relaxed and comfortable.
“Something IS happening here!”
At least I am spiritually advanced enough to know this truth. Sometimes it ain’t exactly clear however.

You got a couple of GREAT smiles out of your Shaman! I already had Googled gulags and read the lengthy and complete coverage therein. I am learning a LOT about Siberia as I keep Googling various things that you mention. Very interesting!! Smiles at the Shaman’s smiles and hugs to you. Patti
It sure IS fascinating this Siberian adventure isn’t it? And it keeps getting better and more interesting. Yes I think our Shaman and I have clicked. I was sure surprised when in he walks and up to the front table he comes and down he sits himself. Then? He just disappeared into the night after the meeting. Smiling .. Cap

The Shaman is, ‘one of us’, as we like to say. He is on the same mission that I am. He lights up when I say God is everywhere, the wind in the trees, the sun in the sky, as for me I’ll happily take all the support I can get. He is part and parcel of the Kyzyl group that hosted me. I really like him as a kindred spirit. This was by far our most friendly contact. Then he was gone into the night of the Siberian winter. Smiles .. Cap

I for one certainly follow along with your very interesting stories as you explore Russia! Naturally your photos are super duper! Also your details are very interesting as it explains so much about your whereabouts! I’m glad you live in Alaska so you are use to that lovely cold weather in Siberia!
