APR 14, 21 .. YUMA BACK TO PHOENIX, ARIZONA
Today we will be driving from Yuma back up to Phoenix, Arizona. It has been a very satisfying five night stay here in Yuma.
Last night (for the third consecutive night) we again enjoyed Singapore Rice Noodles from the Asian Star Restaurant here in Yuma. In the first photo below, you can see what our meal looks like when we get it home from the restaurant.
Below you can see (what looks to be a rather small portion in the above photo) that there is quite an ample amout of food.
So much so that Patti was not able to finish (the bowl on the right in the above photo, Patti gets all of the shrimp) her portion so I stepped in to help her out.
We plan to stay one night only (tonight the 14th) in Phoenix and tomorrow (April the 15th) head North (up Interstate 17) for a visit to Flagstaff, Arizona. To see this please click onto the below link.

Next Monday, the 19th of April, Patti has several Mayo Clinic appointments with her final one (well we think it will wrap up our Mayo appointments for this past two months) coming on Wednesday the 21st.
Then we plan to head for Lake Havasu City, Arizona, to visit our friend Michael and after that head to Laughlin, Nevada, to visit our friends Tom and Ginny.

Please go to a restaurant and order something besides nachos, Singapore rice noodles, or a Subway foot-long tuna sandwich. I feel you are stuck in ruts of your own making.
Too funny Gullible. We cook many meals in our own motel room. We DO get Subway Salads not only the Tuna Footlongs. Nachos are few and far between. Both Patti and myself are able to enjoy the foods we like and have no particular desire to eat differently just to be eating differently. One thing is this : Patti does not eat red meat and I personally like hamburgers and steaks. What is .. IS .. Smiling .. Cap and Patti
