What is love?

The first thoughts that jumped-into-my-mind when I pondered this question were biblical thoughts about love ..

To quote a few.. NOT all .. biblical references ..

The Christian Bible mentions .. We are to love one another .. so sayeth The Books of John (13:34-35, 15:12, 15:17) .. Matthew (22:37-39) .. Romans (12:10, 13:8) .. Galatians (5:13) .. 1 John (3:11, 4:7-8, 4:12) .. again to mention but a few biblical references to the word love.

Then we have Romantic Love .. how do you define THAT?  I am NOT going-there!  At least not-here not-now!

What is love?  Sometimes you simply see it expressed by others through acts of kindness and when that happens ..

WHEN YOU SEE LOVE .. YOU KNOW LOVE ..

Lest I get myself FURTHER in-way-over-my-head .. as I am on-the-verge-of-doing .. I will run-with-this NOW!

What-on-earth is a Diorama?

Oh Wikipedia .. what would I do without you?

The current, popular understanding of the term “diorama” denotes a partially three-dimensional, full-size replica or scale model of a landscape typically showing historical events, nature scenes or cityscapes, for purposes of education or entertainment.

In the extreme southern part of the Canadian Province of Ontario .. as you motor along The Kings Highway Nr. 3 between Windsor, Ontario and Fort Erie, Ontario .. you pass through a small village named Dunnville.

WHEN YOU SEE LOVE .. YOU KNOW LOVE ..

I present to you the following VISION OF LOVE ..

As Patti and I motored past the above scene on the front lawn of a local residence just East of the Village of Dunnville, Ontario and continued on our way I exclaimed to Patti ..

“DID YOU SEE THAT?” .. “YES!” .. Patti replied .. and so we turned around and back we drove for a closer look-see ..

Check out the Lighthouse!  Can you see the Lighthouse in the photos above?

I idly wonder if the Lighthouse Light is fully operational during the night time.

Now as-if the above Nautical Diorama was not enough .. allow me to go one Diorama further and show you the Halloween Diorama ..

Notice the Nautical Diorama in the background.

I debated .. I mean I SERIOUSLY DEBATED .. approaching the home .. knocking upon their door .. and telling the residents how touched .. how VERY DEEPLY TOUCHED Patti and I were by the LOVE and the BEAUTY of their Dioramas.  I did not act upon my intuition and .. deeply touched .. Patti and I slowly drove away.
