Oh Hi Lychee and Hi My Precocious Canada Goose! So nice to see you! Where were you sleeping last night when IT happened!

Newspaper .. Is THAT THE WORD you are confused about Lychee and Precocious?

Annually I contribute to Wikipedia. Where would I? Where would we? Be without Wikipedia!

A newspaper (often just called a paper when the context is clear) is a periodical publication containing news, other informative articles (listed below), and usuallyadvertising. A newspaper is usually printed on relatively inexpensive, low-grade paper such as newsprint. The news organizations that publish newspapers are themselves often metonymically called newspapers. Most newspapers now publish online as well as in print. The online versions are called online newspapers or news sites.

Newspapers are typically published daily or weekly. News magazines are also weekly, but they have a magazine format.

IF I were a newspaper columnist .. I could have a column titled:

CAP’S DAILY MESS !

In my Room 607 here at the HOMY INN in downtown Kowloon China .. I have a window ..

Down below the window in my Room 607 in my beloved HOMY INN .. On a ledge beside my bed .. I have my CPAP breathing machine (on the far right below) and I keep my post cards on the ledge to the left of my CPAP.

I have a bottle that I use. Far down below my window is a vacant Alley .. vacant at 3:30AM in the dark of an early morning!

No Captain! Danger Captain! It used to be an Orange Juice Bottle Captain!

So I decided to empty my bottle about half-full of water and mouthwash .. out the window and down onto the vacant alley below. I have done this before with NO DRAMA!

Last night .. at about 3:30AM in the early dark morning .. when I emptied my bottle out the window ..

THE WINDOW WAS CLOSED!

Back into my room .. down onto the ledge .. came the water and mouthwash !

LORD GOD IN HEAVEN ABOVE .. ANOTHER ORANGE JUICE BOTTLE MESS!

My CPAP and my post cards .. wet ! Soaked .. Sopped ! The bedding on the edge of my bed .. wet .. soaked .. sopping wet ! Oh Me Oh My ! When .. if ever .. will it end ?

I feel so bad for you and your frequent spilling spells resulting messes all over your meticulously written postcards and belongings. If it’s not one thing, it’s another, right Cap?

We all have our misshaps, it’s just that you are open to sharing yours. I often just clean up the mess and go on to the next one without reporting. I have beer to blog about, right? I have to make time for that.

My advice to you: Whenever you have a liquid in your room, put it in a place that’s far from where you move about. When you’re holding it, think hard before you do anything with it. I hope you know I’m just teasing you and that I don’t think you need my advice. Look where you are and look where I am. You’re amid the hustle and bustle of Kowloon and I’m in quiet Beloit Township.
