To believe that Alaska’s Winter is actually beginning to slowly, and oh so gently, ease into just thinking casually about Spring?

Are YOU ..

Our loyal and our faithful followers beginning to wonder that..

Maybe .. 

Patti and I are actually beginning to slowly, and oh so gently, ease into just thinking casually about pondering that, in some miniscule and teeny tiny way, that maybe, just maybe, we kindda sortta miss Alaska?

After the challenging day (in many ways) that I just had, Patti just about fell off her chair proof reading this Post, amazed that she is seeing this ity bitty sign of her Captain arising from his ashes to put this Post together ..

And the answer is, as it always is, IF I can just sit down here, and IF I can just get going, then something may happen ..

Well, IF Patti isn’t amazed, your Captain IS amazed.. Next week (Tuesday or Wednesday) you are all going to learn what I have been going through with Patti’s love and assistance and support.

    Cap,
    I came across this gentleman on my local PBS station. He is a heart surgeon who has been researching health and aging for over 20 years and has a publication called The Longevity Paradox by Steven Gundry, MD
    I found his program to be intriguing and thought I would pass it along if you would like a read that may be helpful.
    Or just something to pass the time.
