Tuesday our truck had to be towed to our service shop. In case you didn’t see the story click onto the below link..

Wednesday at 5pm our truck was ready to go! They replaced a starter motor and some faulty (read : 24 year old) electrical wiring under the hood leading to the starter motor. Absolutely, totally outstanding service.

So? Any word on the repairs? (or anyone) use Lyft or Uber rather than a cab?

Patti took a Yellow Cab home from Wendy’s because we use them a lot. I used a Lyft ride home from the shop and Uber to get back to pick up our truck Wednesday. Amazing service from Moore and Sons Automotive. The problem was a faulty starter motor plus some old electrical wiring had to be replaced. Thanks for your interest Gullible. Smiles .. Cap

Today I was on the phone :

With the Veterans Administration (V.A.), for 53 minutes and 18 seconds. Another in a series of long calls to the V.A. Yesterday it was 42 minutes and 11 seconds and 31 minutes and 39 seconds. 

No free rides in the “Golden Years” !

But !!

We two are .. Still Standing and Still Smiling and still following the NBA Playoffs and getting out, and getting on, with life’s daily challenges.
