MAY 24, 23 .. FRIENDS .. MORE FROM SERGEY “OVER THERE”
Here was my plan for Tuesday, May the 23rd : Over on blogspot, I planned to write and publish Part 3 of the 3 Part series of Posts showing the last of the photographs that Patti and I snapped on Mother’s Day, a week ago this past Sunday, May the 14th.
I spent the required several hours to get the photos in order and downloaded.
Then? In my eleven years of doing these web-logs (blogs) I have, from time to time, run into issues with Google and its Blogspot. For the life of me, for at least an hour (off and on again and off again) I tried to upload the photos into my Google Blogspot website with absolutely no luck whatsoever.

Thanks to Sergey, I have additional photos that he sent me of his Irkutsk Botanical Gardens.
Patti and I both sure wish we could again return to Irkutsk and see Sergey and Rima and other friends over there.

Patti and I watched the NBA Western Conference Finals basketball game as the Boston Celtics “Stormed Back” winning 116 – 99 to avoid a 4 game sweep and return to Boston for game 5 this Thursday the 25th of May.
We also enjoyed the final two games of the semi-final round of the Jeopardy Masters Tournament. Today Andrew He was eliminated by Mattea Roach.
James Holzhauer, Matt Amodio and Mattea Roach will play off tomorrow on Wednesday May 24th in the final two games. The winner will take home $500,000.

Robert, a friend of fifty-six (56) years “and counting” made the below comment to our May 22, 23 Post.
An “almost” number is tomorrow’s date of 23-5-23. Because leaving this evening at 8pm non-stop to Zurich, by then we will be first in Switzerland and then Austria to tour the Alps! Back the beginning of June.

Cap, Patti, you’ll be laughing! They don’t believe you’re real and you really don’t speak Russian! ☺ They think I ask some of my friends to pretend as if they’re the English speaking. Two of my students this year are having their Exam in English but TILL THEY TOUCH YOU they, I’m afraid, won’t belive that YOU’RE REAL AND ENGLISH IS MUCH WIDER THAN THEY MANAGE☺
