In response to the above pronouncement by The Committee-within-my-mind..<\/p>\n

I uttered more than a few expletives<\/em><\/span>\u00a0 and said to my Committee..<\/p>\n

“Shut up. Just take-a-hike!”<\/p>\n

On October the 16th, 2018, I set out on this trip.<\/p>\n

Today completes the first four months of the trip. Tomorrow commences the beginning of the 5th month.<\/p>\n

About all that I can say is : Whodda Thunk!<\/p>\n

Whodda Thunk : I was going to have the adventure that I had traveling in Russian Siberia for over three-some-months!<\/p>\n

Whodda Thunk : That (Knock on wood Captain<\/em><\/span> ) my stamina and my strength were going to hold up so remarkably well!<\/p>\n

Whodda Thunk : That (At long last and this was an adventure unto-itself !!\u00a0<\/em><\/span> ) Patti would at long last join me and be by-my-side!<\/p>\n

Mother Teresa of Calcutta said it : I’m but a pencil in the Hands-Of-God!<\/p>\n

Get your popcorn and please stay tuned Sports Fans. Your cheers and kudos are wonderful.<\/p>\n

Friday the 15th of February here in Seoul, South Korea.<\/p>\n

It was a downright dark and heavy day. Snow. Rain. Dark Skies. We stayed-in most of the day. At last I had some time to just sit down and get back to publishing something on blogspot.<\/p>\n

And THEN?<\/p>\n

With absolutely no warning In terms of my laptop and Windows 10..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Things suddenly went-to-hell-in-a-hand-basket!!<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I could NOT NOT NOT upload one single solitary photograph!<\/p>\n

I began by routinely trying to publish a post on blogspot :\u00a0I could NOT NOT NOT upload one single solitary photograph on blogspot!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I jumped over to dot.net :\u00a0I could NOT NOT NOT upload one single solitary photograph on dot.net!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I jumped into Trip Advisor :\u00a0I could NOT NOT NOT upload one single solitary photograph on Trip Advisor!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I’m now well into my eighth (8th) year of doing this. Oh Lord God trust me : In terms of photo-uploading \/ photo-posting I really do know how to do what I do here.<\/p>\n

I mused : Last night everything was fine and perfect, no problems here with photo uploading whatsoever. What on this good earth has happened here??<\/p>\n

What DIDN’T I do (Patti will bear witness to this<\/em><\/span> ) : I did NOT panic. I did NOT get upset. I did NOT get angry. I truly did NOT get too disturbed. I calmly DID try all \/ and everything that I know how to try, in a vain effort to solve this mystery. To no avail.<\/p>\n

So I went out into the cold \/ snowing \/ raining \/ invigorating afternoon for a nice walk. I bought a really great instant-noodle soup \/ meal. Had our cafe downstairs heat it in their microwave. Then Patti and I really enjoyed it in our room.<\/p>\n

Terry and Kathy picked Patti and I up for dinner and an absolutely wonderful evening at their lovely flat watching Chaim \/ Haym Topol and ‘Fiddler On The Roof ‘.<\/p>\n

THEN AFTER all was done (dinner \/ Fiddler On The Roof \/ our visiting ) I pulled out my laptop and tried to figure out (with Terry at my side ) what was going on with my laptop and Windows 10.<\/p>\n

To NO avail.<\/p>\n

Then I said to myself : “I wonder what would happen IF I upload photos onto my desktop. Then, from the platform of having photos on my desktop, I can try to upload them into dot.net \/ blogspot \/ Trip Advisor.<\/p>\n

“We’re in the bottom of the ninth inning Sports Fans. Two outs and your Captain is still in the batters box. Here comes the ball for a third strike. It’s a slider high and hard inside the plate and impossible to hit. WHOA! Your Captain has just hit a Grand Slam Home Run right out of the ballpark.”<\/p>\n

This ‘work around’ was-the-ticket.<\/p>\n

On the way home to our hotel I said to Patti and to Terry who was driving : “Last night I uploaded a Windows 10 update. These Windows updates are mandatory. As far as I’m concerned you have no choice in the matter. Maybe that Windows 10 update affected my photo uploading procedure.<\/p>\n

Into our hotel room Patti and I came. On line I jumped. Onto my desktop I uploaded 31 photos and look-see:<\/p>\n

Whodda Thunk : That perhaps uploading the Windows 10 update affected my photo uploading procedure.<\/p>\n

Go (along with a string of expletives!!<\/em><\/span> ) Figure.<\/p>\n

It may just be another work-around but I also successfully uploaded the below two photos of a dam in Russian Siberia that I visited and just added to a Trip Advisor post as well.\u00a0 It worked!<\/p>\n
