What Captain?

PRETTY PRETTY PRINCESS .. A BOARD GAME FOR GIRLS AGES 5 AND UP

Let’s have some fun !!

I had something totally (as in TOTALLY) different in mind when I sat down here and Voila! Then I decided .. Let’s have some fun!

A few days ago, one of our best friends sent us the below photo.

""

I thought to myself as I looked at the photo .. “Ben! You’ve Become a Hippie!”

In the text that accompanied the photo, Ben wrote ..”Here is a picture of me playing Pretty Pretty Princess with my two granddaughters.”

Yeah but ..

“Ben? What’s with the earing, and the yellow woman’s head band, and the pink watch on your left hand!”

Yo! Google! Yo! Wikipedia!

PRETTY PRINCESS

Play dress-up with your friends as you collect fancy jewelry from the jewelry box. Collect your own matching color necklace, bracelet, ring, and earrings. But beware the Black Ring! If you get it, you must get rid of it before you can win. When you have all of your jewelry plus the crown, you win the game! Then you’ll be pretty as a princess – The Pretty Pretty Princess!

Pretty Pretty Princess is a roll and move game in which players put on costume jewelry when they land on the appropriate locations on the board. The target audience is everyone.

Keep in mind, I had absolutely, positively, no idea of this Board Game until I explored Ben’s photo.

""

Here IS THE FUN!

Ben is wearing all of the jewelry that he was winning playing the game!

Ben texted ..

“Yeah, I won 4 straight. Sent her crying to her mother saying Granddad is winning all of the games Mommy!”

Ben! Patti and I Laughed Out Loud! And we’re still laughing!

Thanks so very VERY much Ben!

You’ve just brightened the day for all of us !

Cap and Patti

Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds .. Sgt Pepper .. 1967 .. The Beattles .. is “playing in my mind” at full volume! In 1967 my wife and two sons and I were living IN San Francisco literally a short distance from the Haight – Ashbury District!

September 22, 2022 to July 21, 2023 .. Ten months without missing one day publishing a Post here on dotnet.
