So far. So good. The Motel 6 Internet Service this Wednesday evening March the 6th is as-good-as-it-gets!!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Today, March 7th, is Travel Day.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

What else to say? We pack it up here in Motel 6 in Phoenix, and head West toward Los Angeles and then North back to Lake Havasu City. En route out of Phoenix we will stop and visit two friends here in Phoenix.<\/p>\n

Survivor Season 46<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I know. I KNOW.<\/span><\/em> Few of you care one whit about Survivor let alone read about it here. But yesterday’s (Wednesday March the 6th) episode was classic.<\/p>\n

We had two (not one but TWO) “First Ever in 23 Years of Survivor viewing.”<\/p>\n

First Ever!!<\/em><\/span> Surely some of you have a favorite show. A sporting event you are really, REALLY, looking forward to watching. For the\u00a0 first time EVER<\/em><\/span>, our eagerly anticipated Survivor episode<\/em><\/span> was suddenly “interrupted” by our local CBS Television network. Right smack dab during the beginning of our Survivor episode came this announcement.. “We interrupt this program to bring you the latest news about the local murder by beating of teenager Preston Lord .. and the indictment of four suspects..” And it went on, and it went on, and it continued to go on for perhaps 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

Acceptance does NOT MEAN approval. What is IS. And Patti and I were powerless to do anything. Yes I called our local Television Channel and was 100% totally unable to speak to anyone to express my vote to get back to Survivor!<\/p>\n

Gullible\u00a0 .. <\/em><\/span>When Oh When Does It Get Easier??<\/p>\n

First Ever!! <\/em><\/span>Now this one is fun. The Immunity Challenge was so long and so difficult that during the Immunity Challenge the Survivor editors inserted a full commercial break.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This afternoon (Wednesday March 6th) I had a 3:40pm appointment with my Mayo Clinic primary care Doctor. The appointment went until “around” 4:40pm when my doctor said.. “I want you to have a blood draw and a chest x-ray.” I said.. “Doctor we are leaving Phoenix tomorrow!” He smiled and said.. “I have already put in the order. You can do it NOW!”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

So off to the lab I went. Sure enough! I had a blood draw and a series of chest x-rays and was out just at 5pm when they close for the day! <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
