Let’s begin with something sweet and tasty and one of my favorite things in this life.

LEMON MERINGUE PIE..

We tend to go primarily to the NATIONAL TODAY website for our Holidays BUT.. We also keep our thumb on the NATIONAL DAY CALENDAR website.

Here is why. Sometimes the NATIONAL DAY CALENDAR has more appealing photos.

Below is today’s NATIONAL TODAY Holiday.. Image..

""

The above NATIONAL TODAY Holiday photo is OK. There is nothing wrong with it. The text accompanying it is very good on NATIONAL TODAY.

In the below two images from NATIONAL DAY CALENDAR, I think you can see what I mean!

Crocodile Dundee says: Now THESE are photos of Lemon Meringue Pie Mate!

National Lemon Meringue Pie Day is celebrated annually on August 15.

So get ready to satisfy your sweet tooth. Lemons provide so much flavor to life with all of their culinary applications. You’ll never run out of ways to enjoy your lemons, from cake to ice cream and, of course, the all-time favorite: lemonade!

When Patti and I saw the below NATIONAL TODAY Holiday, both of us said: What on earth is this about?

CHANT AT THE MOON DAY..

""

On August 15, join thousands of people around the country to chant (or even, howl) into the heavens as part of Chant at the Moon Day.

Where Oh Where Have We Been Patti?

How often do we really let loose and unleash some primal nature chanting? Chant at the Moon Day allows us to blow off steam and release our inner goofball. Grab your friends and see who can come up with the silliest chant!

""

Yes Oh Yes. There is much more on the NATIONAL TODAY website.

THEN?

RELAX OF COURSE !!

With NATIONAL RELAXATION DAY!!

""

Sometimes, you just have to stop and smell the roses.

So, on August 15, we celebrate National Relaxation Day.

The rule of the day is to avoid doing anything stressful.

Spend the day lying in a hammock.

More? You betcha!
