NATIONAL DAY OF ENCOURAGEMENT..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Both of the Holiday Websites feature the NATIONAL DAY OF ENCOURAGEMENT..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

As I continue to recover from my Hernia Surgery this past Wednesday, I\u00a0 feel like I need some ENCOURAGEMENT!\u00a0<\/p>\n

I wonder IF they are going to “touch upon” encouraging one’s self?<\/p>\n

National Day of Encouragement is observed on September 12.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Let’s see what they say about encouraging one’s self?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

If YOU<\/em> <\/span>have been struggling to finish a project or simply too scared to start, let this day encourage YOU to start afresh.<\/em><\/span> Listen to the words of encouragement around YOU<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Nothing at all that I could find from the NATIONAL DAY CALENDAR<\/em> <\/span>about encouraging one’s self.<\/p>\n

The National Day of Encouragement is dedicated to encouraging and having a positive impact on those around us. The best thing about this day is that you can make someone happy by simply saying a few words of encouragement.<\/p>\n

Your words have the power to lift someone when they are down. They also have the power to motivate someone who might be struggling or encourage someone to pick themselves back up after a setback.<\/p>\n

A small act of encouragement could be the spark that changes a loved one\u2019s perspective. To praise and encourage someone\u2019s efforts is a practice worth having, no matter the day of the year.<\/p>\n

I personally tend to have far too high expectations about myself. At age 89 years I am well past the prime of my physical abilities!\u00a0<\/p>\n

I personally have to accept<\/em><\/span> how I actually am and be grateful<\/em><\/span> for how well my overall health is.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As I enter the second day following my Hernia repair surgery this past Wednesday, I am feeling “challenged” by the recovery process.<\/p>\n

Patti sure is a great help! As are ALL OF YOU who are also encouraging and supporting me.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
