Wear Brown Shoes Day is on December 4.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The exact origin of Wear Brown Shoe Day is unknown. We can believe that!<\/p>\n

At one point in time, brown shoes were considered less prestigious than black shoes!<\/p>\n

We can all agree that brown shoes need more love!<\/p>\n

Things have changed and brown shoes are viewed as a symbol of elegance and beauty.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0Step out in your brown shoes and make your statement!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

NATIONAL SOCK DAY..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

National Sock Day, is celebrated on December 4.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

In 2016, it was officially declared that National Sock Day would be celebrated annually on December 4.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Whether you\u2019re a fan of knee-high, crew, ankle, or low-cut socks, or even the ones sporting tiny holes, the history and significance of National Sock Day will make you love your socks even more!<\/p>\n

Socks are a common necessity for all people, from babies to grandpas. All use socks daily!<\/p>\n

The word \u2018sock\u2019 comes from the Roman word \u2018soccus\u2019 that is a loose-fitting slipper worn by theatre artists of that time.<\/p>\n

Traditional etiquette guides say that the sock color should match the color of the shoes and\/or trousers, but the shade should be a little darker than trousers and lighter than the shoes. Smiling!<\/p>\n

On average, a family of four members will lose 60 socks annually \u2014 that is approximately a loss of $300.<\/p>\n

82% of young men wear odd socks at least once a week due to lost socks.<\/p>\n

Enough? I think so!<\/p>\n
