Yesterday’s April Fools’ Day news.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Late yesterday evening, we went back in time and published a second April Fools Day Post.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

It began with the below statement..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Yesterday’s April Fools’ Day news.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

WET MACULAR DEGENERATION OF MY LEFT EYE ..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Yesterday, on April Fools’ Day, I had\u00a0my 14th<\/span> Wet Macular Degeneration eye injection.<\/span> Not one of these eye injections is fun.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Let me tell all of you! Whatever is hurting or bothering you physically is, at the time, an area of your body where you don’t appreciate having issues.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

At this point in my life, I would much prefer to have something OTHER THAN MY EYES giving me challenges.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Let.. Me.. Tell.. You.. When your Doctor is inserting needles into your eyes you MUST really have trust in him (or her)!!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

One time I said to him.. “You are the greatest!!”\u00a0 He replied smiling.. “Tell that to my children!!”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I have been seeing my eye doctor here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, since March the 8th, 2024, with my first ever eye injection on March the 9th, 2024. So I have been seeing him for just over two (2) years.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are really lucky, and you work hard at doing so, you can “build a relationship with a Doctor!” I have managed to build this relationship with my phenomenal, former Mayo Clinic, eye doctor here.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

So after my Doctor was finished yesterday, as he began to leave the room, I said to him.. “Here is today’s weird question!!”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

He turned, and smiled, and said to me.. “What would that be?”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

“Doctor could I have a photo of you?”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Turning around and facing me, with a broad grin he said.. “Sure you can! How about we two do a group photo Cap?”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
