On NATIONAL TODAY for June the 24th!!

""

National Day of Joy started in 2019.

The National Day of Joy was founded by caregivers who recognized the profound importance of joy for senior people’s well-being.

Joy is “a feeling of great pleasure and happiness”.

If you can see the good in a day, it will find you!!

“Joy does not simply happen to us. We have to choose joy and keep choosing it every day,” said Henri Nouwen.

""

Happiness is often seen as an emotional state tied to external circumstances or events. Joy is considered a deeper, more consistent internal feeling that can exist regardless of outward situations.

Joy is about finding contentment in the present moment.
