Patti and I have been in “The Rooms of Recovery” here in Anchorage, Alaska, dating back to 1988 (Patti) and 1994 (Cap).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Over these two long time periods, we have come to know a lot of people.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Kyle and Martha are a couple we knew individually before, and then after, they became a couple.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Several weeks ago, Patti and I attended a meeting up here in Anchorage. Kyle was the meeting Secretary.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I was asked to “Chair” the meeting. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When I went up to the table to join Kyle, and not having a clue who he was because I did NOT recognize him,<\/span> although we date back maybe 20 years, Kyle was properly shocked when I introduced myself! But, he smiled and we did the meeting. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

After the meeting I got a photo of Kyle for my Contacts so this won’t happen again!!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I told Patti all of this after the meeting. Patti was as surprised as Kyle was at my not recognizing him.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Are you ready?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Two days (2 short days) later Patti and I attended the same meeting. Martha was celebrating an Anniversary and was at the head table.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

As the meeting progressed, Patti was shocked Martha had not called on her husband Kyle to share.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

When Martha called on Kyle to share..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Patti did not have a clue who the Kyle that Martha called on was!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Then Kyle, in his share mentioned, Martha and them getting married. Patti was astonished because Patti did not recognize Kyle from two days earlier when she did recognize him.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

How about our two Senior Moments?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Kyle and Martha are chucking at Cap and Patti.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Over And Out..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Patti should you and I be chuckling??<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Rest of The Story..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
