Why Oh Why am I revisiting this topic that began for me back at the end of January of 2017?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Well.. it IS a legitimate medical issue and challenge.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

And Yes Oh Yes, I have Osteoporosis and can speak having had experience with it.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

OSTEOPOROSIS\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Humm..\u00a0 NATIONAL TODAY. I thought that my Male Osteoporosis was a long ago forgotten adventure.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

It was indeed just that..<\/em><\/span> A long ago forgotten adventure.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Then yesterday, Monday the 19th, our new-to-us Doctor, placed an order for me to have a Bone Density examination to test me for Osteoporosis.<\/span><\/p>\n

I sit sighing a long sigh!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I called the imaging department at our local Hospital and told them to take me off the calendar.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I then called my Doctor’s office and repeated to his office assistant what I had gone over with him in great detail during our appointment just last Friday. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I am not going to re-visit this issue. I completed a four or a five year regimen with both Mayo Clinic and Hong Kong doctors, and had absolutely no improvement what-so-ever.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

A final tid-bit..<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Dating way back to February the 28th of 2018, Patti and I were visiting a friend of hers in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her husband is a fellow senior citizen and an extremely brilliant PhD scientist at Los Alamos Laboratories dating back to the 1950\u2019s.<\/span><\/p>\n

He told me that..<\/span> \u201cI was on Risedronate. It did nothing at all for me in regards to strengthening my bone density. BUT it did stop further degeneration. However I stopped taking it.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
