OCT 23, 14 .. PHENOMENAL PIZZA IN EAST SYRACUSE .. NEW YORK ..

Last week .. see Post dated OCT 4, 14 .. while driving East to visit the New England states .. Patti and I stopped off Interstate 90 at Exit 35 to overnight at a motel in East Syracuse, New York. The next morning we stopped at a local VALERO gasoline station to buy gasoline.

It was a rather routine looking non-descript gas station with a convenience store located on Thompson Road past Carrier Circle in East Syracuse.

The Valero Gasoline Station was at 6325 Thompson Road at Grover Street across from the above Midas Auto Service Shop.

Do you all see Black Beauty .. Our GMC Suburban .. at gasoline pump 1 above?

While you are looking at the above photo .. please notice to the left of the photo .. above the green price of gasoline sign at 3.39 per gallon .. the name SENIORA PIZZERIA. Also if you look directly above Black Beauty you can see the sign that I show below.

Below .. another photo of the Gasoline Station / Pizzeria / Convenience Store / Greek Deli or Mini-Mart ..

WHAT ON EARTH have we here?  Is this place a Pizzeria or is it a Gasoline Station or is it a Convenience Store? Gyros are Greek for-goodness-sakes so is it a Greek Deli also?

Above it looks pretty much like a convenience store.  But to your right is a table and to your left .. hard to see .. is a display of Pizzas.

Looking back the other direction .. to Patti’s left .. you can see more clearly the Pizza display.  To Patti’s right and to our left above and below is ONE PROUD Chef.

Over his shoulder we can now see more tables.

THIS IS A SERIOUS PIZZERIA !!

OH MY YES !! .. WITH PHENOMENAL PIZZAs !!

I am now going to zero-in and focus on the pizza immediately above and to the right.

Closer ever closer we come !

Kind Sir (below) .. I want the above piece with the spinach and tomatoes and ricotta cheese (the white lumps).

I am under the impression that the above gentleman is an assistant pizza cook.

Each slice is so large that it took two paper plates to transport it to our table. Each slice cost $3.00.

Oh My Goodness .. A Work Of Art .. A Thing Of Beauty .. Oh Drool ..

The crust was delicious far BEYOND BELIEF !!

The crust?  The Pizza was also PHENOMENAL !!

OH MY .. PEPPERONI PIZZA AND WINGS .. DIED AND WENT RIGHT STRAIGHT TO HEAVEN !!

A gentleman behind me was chowing-down on the above.  You would NOT believe how delicious the pizza was.
