NOV 28, 14 .. WE NEVER QUITE KNOW DO WE?

I thought that I was all fixed-up and that I was settled into my Room 601 .. here .. right beside the computer.  Luxury .. pop into it off and on anytime as I need to do.

Small .. Modest .. No Windows .. BUT DOABLE! And CONVENIENT!

And I thought that Andy and I ‘had it going on we two’ !

“Sir You Have To Move Sir!” ..  I HAVE TO DO WHAT ANDY?! .. “Sir You Have To Change Rooms Sir!” .. I CAN .. believe me .. I can be VERY persuasive! .. Oh Hi Tom Tiger what on earth are you doing here in Kowloon Tom? ..”Strike Three and You Are Out Captain!” .. Tom Tiger you came all the way here to tell me that!

Well off I went looking for options.  And I did find that I have options.  I have found two other backpacker hostels close by. And in fact I am going to stay in one from December 6th to the 8th. Meet my about to be ‘other home’ .. The Delta Guest House .. in another Hong Kong Mansion!  It is right on Nathan Road very close to the YMCA! I am staying in this guest house for three nights just to have another option on future visits to Hong Kong.

BUT .. Although I was more than ‘just a tad put-off’ I did not act hastily and have decided to stay put here in the HOMY INN where I will be until I check out December 6th.  I am staying put because with no exceptions it is far and away the best bet that I have going.  Yes I have options that I am now going to use but staying put is 100% in my own best interest.  I am NOT going to cut off my nose despite my face!

Andy .. gentleman and professional that I find him to be .. DID NOT SPRING THIS ON ME SUDDENLY! I have known this for four days. I felt that I could gain some leverage on Andy by finding another hostel to stay in .. which I have done. In the process I was able to pester and to arm-wrestle with Andy working out two extra nights in Room 601.

Here is the deal.  I believe .. in fact I pretty well KNOW .. that Andy is juggling many balls and other assorted objects on a daily .. on an hourly .. on a minute-to-minute .. basis. For reasons I do not understand .. Andy insisted that I had to move out of Room 601.  I have my thoughts as follows: Room 601 with no windows is the lowest priced room in the HOMY INN. Andy has moved me to a more expensive room BACK UP IN THE PENTHOUSE on the 15th floor. This does two things for Andy. First it opens up his lowest priced room to real needy backpackers.  Second it fills his more expensive room .. one that I can certainly afford .. by putting me into it.

AND! .. Room 1507 up in the Penthouse on the 15th floor is pretty spiffy!  Here are photos of Room 1507 taken BEFORE I moved all of my Bobbseys into the room.

Room 1507 SPARKLES! .. Room 1507 is LIGHT and Room 1507 is AIRY! .. Room 1507 is FRESH!

AND SO ..As My Personal Lord And Savior Jesus of Nazarth did ..With Heavy Heart .. On Bended Knee .. With Tear In Eye .. I shall ..

PICK UP MY CROSS .. AND WITH JESUS BESIDE ME AND WITH JESUS ENCOURAGING ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY .. TOGETHER WE WILL TRUDGE THE ROAD TO SALVATION!

Geez Shaddy! .. I just lost Gullible with all of this God-Stuff!

Andy did say to me .. “Sir you will really like Room 1507 .. Sir I think that it is much better for you Sir!
