SEP 16, 17 .. ESCANABA, MICHIGAN

There it is. Escanaba, Michigan.

I have to chuckle to myself with some of these names and ‘spell check’.

Escanaba is but the latest in a long string of names that ‘spell check’ is underlining in red.

“Yo Dad! What’s with these names Dad? I’ve never heard of them.” / sign me / spell check 

We took the long way driving down here from Marquette.

We explored some of Michigan’s less traveled roads.

A special note to Chad 45039 : We stopped in to see Brad and Faith.

“Patti?” .. “Yes Cap?” ..

“Patti, where are we My Dear One?” ..

“Cap, we are at the intersection of Jokipii Road and Kuivinen Road.

“What would I ever do without you navigating for us Patti?”

Patti and I finally arrived into Escanaba after our rigorous drive of some 64-miles.

We arrived yesterday afternoon and leave tomorrow Sunday the 17th.

Escanaba, being the gigantic, super large, metropolis that it is, we could not find our motel. Finally we called them. Being from India, they skillfully ‘guided’ us to our ‘home away from home’ here in Escanaba.

One King bed. Works very well.

They have some good food here in Escanaba, Michigan.

I mean to SHOUT.

They have some REALLY GOOD FOOD  here in Escanaba, Michigan.

Thank You all for your prayers for the two of us.

With God on our side, we will not starve to death.
