Have all of you heard the above ‘Old Folk Saying’ at least a time-or-two?
Here I sit .. in Pondicherry .. comfortable .. settled .. enjoying it!
I have paid for and been ticketed to leave ‘Pondi’ this Thursday at 11PM by night bus for Kodaikanal.
I am getting salads at Daily Bread that are beyond being to-die-for good!
Not to mention Daily Bread’s very good Air Conditioning and my being really comfortable with the owner and all of the staff .. enjoying their phenomenal music .. writing my Post Cards at a nice table .. loving all of the food at Daily Bread .. I mean I can comfortably ‘hang out’ at Daily Bread and I am talking several hours at-a-whack!
The Herbal Bread at Hot Breads is PHENOMENAL .. it is as-good-as-it-gets anywhere! And I love breakfast at Hot Breads ..
Just look at MY Herbal Bread from Hot Breads one-more-time!
Dipped into Extra Virgin Italian Imported Olive Oil!
No where else in all of India have I found the bread that I have found here in FRENCH influenced Pondicherry. No not even in Goa!
And I am getting-connected to my ‘Kap’s Church!
Patti heard the beautiful music yesterday as the service began!
I have been seriously thinking .. ‘Pondi’ isn’t broken .. should I just stay maybe one-more-week? I am dealing with the temperature here just fine!
I would still have a full four weeks to get up to Kodaikanal and then to Ooty ..
So I am seriously ‘pondering’ just staying put here in ‘Pondi’ another week-or-so ..
I forgot to mention the beach at the-end-of-the-day!
And the beach at the beginning of the day!
Yes I know! I cannot stay here in ‘Pondi’ too much longer .. but a few more days .. catch ‘Palm Sunday’ here ..
Then ‘Roll for Kodaikanal’ next week .. March 27th I am thinking ..
Well .. I-will-let-you-all-know when I make my decision ..
It is about 90% decided!
