MAY 8, 20 .. TRAVEL DAY .. KINGMAN, ARIZONA NORTH TO ANCHORAGE, ALASKA

Here’s what it looks like on the map:

The BIG PICTURE: Kingman, Arizona, to Anchorage, Alaska.

First we drive (1-hr) from Kingman, Arizona, to the Bullhead City, Arizona / Laughlin, Nevada, area, where we meet-up with Detroit Tiger Tom. Then Tom will drive us (1-1/2-hrs) up to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Next we fly (3-hrs) from Las Vegas, Nevada, North to Seattle, Washington.

Finally we fly (3-3/4-hrs) from Seattle, Washington, North to Anchorage, Alaska.

To Summarize:

We plan to leave our motel here in Kingman at 8:30am and drive 1-hour over to the Bullhead City, / Laughlin, Nevada area where we’ll meet Detroit Tiger Tom. Then we’ll head North to Las Vegas an hour and a half drive. This will put us into Las Vegas sometime around 11:30am. Then we will wait for our 4:45pm flight to Seattle, Washington. We’ll lay over in Seattle for 1-1/2 hours flying then to Anchorage where we’ll arrive at 12 o’clock midnight Alaska Daylight Time. 

Yes it’s going to be a long day.
