APR 20, 13 .. MORE ON OOTY ..

I now have a firm reservation at a very fine and elegant-in-appearance hotel in Ooty for three nights.  I leave Kodaikanal next Monday evening April 22nd and arrive Tuesday morning the 23rd at 0500 Hours (5AM).  I will stay FOR SURE in Ooty Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday nights.

I have a Local Sightseeing Tour of Ooty set-up for next Wednesday. This gives me all day Tuesday to rest-up from the all night bus trip.  Then IF I see something on the tour Wednesday .. I have all day Thursday to re-visit it. And my bus from Ooty back to Kodaikanal leaves Ooty late-in-the-day Friday in effect giving me all day Friday to explore more.

AND?  IF I want to stay longer in Ooty .. I can and I will!

I have a ‘really serious itch’ to see Munnar in Kerala. PARVEEN TRAVEL has a three-night four-day package from Kodaikanal to Munnar and return.

I wanted to sign on! .. leaving Kodaikanal on Monday April 29th returning Thursday May 2nd.

Purush .. being the true professional that he is .. has counselled me as follows ..

“Go first to Ooty.  See IF you stay longer.  Return to Kodaikanal. THEN we will talk about Munnar.” ..

“Right now you will return to Kodaikanal at mid-night on Friday April 26th.  See how you feel over the weekend. THEN we will talk about Munnar!”
