Tuesday March the 1st
Yesterday (Monday) Patti had the injections into her lower back. It is a little too early for her to know how successful the two injections will be. We have our fingers crossed.
Beginnng last Saturday I began preparations for today’s colonoscopy. Basically I was on a liquid diet for the past three days. Last night I drank three (yes 3) litres of a prescription osmotic laxative (PEG-3350 and Electrolytes for Oral Solution, one cup every ten minutes from 6pm until 7:50pm). What a bore! Each and every ten minutes drinking this osmotic mixture. Then this morning I drank a fourth litre of the solution. Four (4 count them) litres of this solution. My colonoscopy began at 10:30am this morning.
Boring yes !!
And I was in the Motel 6 lobby last night as I was writing the Post because the internet connection in our room this (Monday the 28th) evening has been frustrating.
