By the way Gord 48025, we had a splash of sunlight yesterday afternoon. Below is another photo of Patti’s petunias looking just great in the warm sun but fearing (it was 38°F yesterday morning) the oncoming winter. When the temperature hits 32°F sadly it will kill them.
Comparing yesterdays photo (above) and the photo of last Friday (below) you can see that the autumn leaves are sure falling Gord.

All is not forsaken. Petunias are a hardy bunch. They will bloom well past the first frosts. As long as they are”deadheaded”, they forge onward.
Why thanks so very much Gullible!! We’ll keep cheering for our petunias and thanks for the hint about ‘deadheading’. I’ll go out tomorrow and check them out. Hugs Patti
