FEB 7, 23 .. A SPIRITUAL TRUTH .. IF I CAN CHANGE MY ATTITUDE .. SO TOO CAN YOU

All of us live in several dimensions or realms.

We have the Third Dimension of space. Some of us are rocketed into the Fourth Dimension.

Roman Harambura is the author of many very deep and profound books about the dimensions and realms of life.

Below is one example from one of his books.

A Dimension is a level of Consciousness, and within a Dimension you have Realms. A Realm is a particular level of Consciousness in which an individual lives, so you can have an infinite number of Realms within a Dimension. It’s like the light and sound spectrum. We can see and hear a variety of colours and tones , and each has a different frequency, which is a level within that spectrum. So to there are different levels in a Dimension which we call Realms. You may also have heard the word Vibrations being used in this context. Vibration is simply another word for Realm. Finally a Universe is a collective of Dimensions, and a collective of Universes is the totality of existence, physical and non-physical.

I am going to begin with two dimensions of human life.

The physical and the spiritual dimensions.

In the physical dimension, basically none of us is equal. Unlike some humans, I will never be able to (physically) get from point A to point B, 100 yards away, in 9.58 seconds like Usain Bolt did 13 some years ago. This list is endless. I will never be able to lift 400 or more pounds.

Unlike the physical world, in the spiritual world we can be equal. If I am able to achieve something spiritually, so too can all of you. You may, or you may not actually do so, BUT it is possible for you to accomplish what I have spiritually accomplished.

That beings me to the word attitude. I feel our attitudes are spiritual in nature.

ATTITUDE .. by .. Charles Swindoll

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change our past… we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play the one string we have, and that is our attitude… I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.”

And so it is, we are in charge of our Attitudes”

I have to act my way into right thinking. I can not think my way into right actions.

Saturday night, January the 28th, feeling as good as I will ever feel in this lifetime, I lay down to sleep for the night. Sometime during the night I experienced, for the first time in my lifetime, some very bothersome pain in my left ear. Try as I could, I could not do anything to alleviate this very bothersome pain. I thought to myself : “So this is how people with an ear ache feel.” BUT finally I went to sleep in spite of the discomfort.

The condition of my left ear went downhill on Sunday and, by Monday morning, January 30th, there was bleeding in my left ear and I was 100% deaf in my left ear. So I went to the Emergency Room at the hospital here in Lake Havasu City and (literally) in a few hours, at 11am this morning, I have an appointment to see a local Doctor.

My Attitude About My Left Ear

To some degree my attitude has been negative. Feeling as good as I will ever feel in this lifetime, I lay down to sleep for the night. Sometime during the night I experienced, for the first time in my lifetime, some very bothersome pain in my left ear. I’ve been musing : What did I do to have this happen? When does life get easy? I had an attitude of poor me!

Yesterday afternoon BAM! I had a spiritual experience, a spiritual awakening.

In a twinkling, in a nano-second, my attitude about my ear suddenly changed.

Here it is : I lay down and my left ear seriously malfunctioned. BUT I awoke and I am still alive. I have friends, and I am aware of obituaries that read : Suddenly passed away peacefully in their sleep. “They” too lay down, many feeling very good and never awoke!

Wow! Now my attitude is : I awoke and I am still alive. I did not die in my sleep the night of January the 28th.

And?

As I write these words : My hearing has returned. There is no bleeding. There is no pain in my left ear.

All because I changed my attitude?? Go figure!!

For What It’s Worth : Something is happening here. What it is ain’t exactly clear.

And.

IF I can have such a change of attitude, SO TOO CAN YOU !

Over And Out. Ciao4now.

Sign Me .. Cap with a changed attitude about my left ear.

At 11am this morning, I will see what my Lake Havasu City Doctor thinks. At 9:45am, Wednesday the 22nd of February, I will see what the Mayo Clinic staff think.

Not sure Gullible. I saw a local family medicine Doctor yesterday February 7th and he did not have answers. Yes he saw the ear drum is covered with dried blood so he could not observe it and yes, to some small degree he removed what dried blood he could BUT he was enthusiastic that I have an upcoming appointment with the ear/nose/throat (ENT) clinic at Mayo Phoenix the 22nd of February. Here’s hoping Mayo will have answers.

That is wonderful that your hearing has returned. I was watching the calendar knowing you had an appointment today so I made sure to check in for an update. Your experience sounds like a saying I put up on my wall:

When you replace “why is this happening to me” with “what is this trying to teach me?” everything shifts.

I put it up in the hopes it would help me deal with my chronic illness. Some days, yes; some days, no. But I find it helps with other things and I will take the wins where I can get them. An attitude of gratitude helps me too.

Kathleen it was a real spiritual experience when, snap-my-fingers, and my hearing returned and remains viable in my left ear as I write these words early in the morning on February 8th. What did I learn from the universe? I learned that something is happening here BUT what it is ain’t exactly clear to me (per Buffalo Springfield and For What It’s Worth). Your Allies .. Cap, when I read it in the posting, my brain started to sing the song. And again when I read your reply. It’s a good song that I haven’t heard in a long time. Thanks for the memory.
