Dinner at Jimmy’s, up in Eagle River, a Northern Suburb of Anchorage that is 15 miles and 20 minutes away.

Patti and I have eaten at Jimmy’s, one of our favorite restaurants, quite often.

Some hot miso soup was delicious!

Singapore Rice Noodles

Nope. We never tire of enjoying them.

After dinner, Patti and I attended an 8pm meeting of the Star Group in Eagle River to celebrate the Anniversary of a dear friend. What a pleasant evening!
