I had something totally (as in TOTALLY) different in mind when I sat down here and Voila! Then I decided .. Let’s have some fun!
A few days ago, one of our best friends sent us the below photo.
I thought to myself as I looked at the photo .. “Ben! You’ve Become a Hippie!”
In the text that accompanied the photo, Ben wrote ..”Here is a picture of me playing Pretty Pretty Princess with my two granddaughters.”
Yeah but ..
“Ben? What’s with the earing, and the yellow woman’s head band, and the pink watch on your left hand!”

PRETTY PRINCESS
Play dress-up with your friends as you collect fancy jewelry from the jewelry box. Collect your own matching color necklace, bracelet, ring, and earrings. But beware the Black Ring! If you get it, you must get rid of it before you can win. When you have all of your jewelry plus the crown, you win the game! Then you’ll be pretty as a princess – The Pretty Pretty Princess!
Pretty Pretty Princess is a roll and move game in which players put on costume jewelry when they land on the appropriate locations on the board. The target audience is everyone.
Keep in mind, I had absolutely, positively, no idea of this Board Game until I explored Ben’s photo.
Here IS THE FUN!
Ben is wearing all of the jewelry that he was winning playing the game!
Ben texted ..
“Yeah, I won 4 straight. Sent her crying to her mother saying Granddad is winning all of the games Mommy!”
Ben! Patti and I Laughed Out Loud! And we’re still laughing!

Hahaha! I love it! PPP is such a fun game to play with young princesses.
Your friend’s picture brought memories of playing the game with my daughter. She’s 20 now. I’m going to ask her to play when I see her again in October!
