APR 7, 25 ( 1 / 2 ).. GO FIGURE OUT DREAMS.. NEWSPAPERS.. NICO..
MY DREAM SUNDAY MORNING..
Go Figure! Prepare for, get ready to, Laugh Out Loud!
The very end of the first dream below is all that I remember.
Patti had driven our GMC Suburban to a Ladies meeting here in Lake Havasu City. I was sitting in the right front passenger seat. Patti parked our truck. Patti got out of our truck and Patti began to walk across the street.
Then I looked to my left out the driver’s side window. Patti was halfway across the street.
And? I noticed that..
From the very tippy top of Patti’s head, to the very bottom of the soles of Patti’s feet..
Patti was absolutely, positively, totally NAKED.
I’m laughing now as I conclude this “interesting” dream of mine.
Go Figure Huh?

Now for an amazing, and wonderful dream, of Patti’s over of eight years ago at the end of December 2016.
In Patti’s dream, she was in bed, in a hotel room, recovering from a medical procedure.
The hotel Patti was staying in was seriously over-booked and needed guests in rooms to allow other guests without rooms to stay with them.
As it turned out, in her dream, Patti was asked by the hotel to allow two young children, a boy of 4-years and a girl of 6-years, to stay with her. Patti recalls seeing the children’s mother who approved the arrangement.
Into Patti’s room arrived the two youngsters each holding stuffed animals. The little boy was holding a Snoopy Dog and the little girl was holding a Teddy Bear.
The children see that Patti is ill. The little boy brings to Patti his Snoopy Dog and, handing it to Patti, says that both he (the little boy) and Snoopy want to help Patti to get well. Patti resists but the little boy prevails. Then the little girl brings her Teddy Bear to comfort Patti.
The children are very happy with their being able to assist Patti. Patti is deeply touched by their kindness.
Talk about a very VERY special dream!

NEWSPAPERS..
In addition to libraries, Patti loves her daily newspaper now only printed on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, both here and up in Anchorage.
From NATIONAL TODAY..

International Snail Papers Day is celebrated on April 7 annually.
What exactly are snail papers?
It is another term for newspapers. The name comes from the fact that in the age of digital news and social media, they end up reporting news very late by comparison. But still, newspapers remain a popular way to consume news for many people. This day is to honor the newspapers and the people who work hard every day to ensure we get the news.
In the last 25 years with the rapid rise of digital media, the print media has not been doing very well. Newspapers are facing a challenge from many and various news websites.
Joseph Pulitzer is considered the ‘Father of Global Journalism’. He earned this title due to the role he played in establishing the modern newspaper.

Newspapers, being gone forever, is very difficult to imagine! But it IS happening right now!

Sad.
But even Patti, who loves her newspapers, is getting her news on her Smart Phone. She does love the cross word puzzles, Sudoku, sometimes crypto quotes, and various specialty columns.

NICO..
One of Patti’s nearest and dearest friends has a son named Nico.
WOW NICO..

YOUR VERY OWN HOLIDAY..

The name Nico is mostly of Dutch, German, Italian, and Portuguese origin. It is typically a short form for Nicholas, Nicolas, Nicola, Nicole, or its Italian versions like Domenico and Nicodemus. This name grew in popularity through Saint Nicholas, the inspiration behind our now popular Santa Claus tradition.
More about NICO. You bet there is.

Thank.. You.. So.. Very.. Much.. For.. Checking.. In Eryn! Happy you enjoyed the Post. Cap and Patti
Patti stark naked? Not even her Birkenstocks? Horrors!
Yes, in the dream Patti was totally naked with NO Birkenstocks which she practically “lives in”. As I (in my dream) looked at her walking away I too thought “What! No Birkenstocks!” Smiles.. Cap
I laughed out when I got to the naked part. I certainly didn’t expect that. I laughed again when I saw Gullible’s Birkenstocks comment.
Patti, what a sweet and wonderful dream! I haven’t had any memorable ones lately. I love when random people from my life (and occasionally famous ones) appear in my dream.
Now off to Costco to return some jeans and fill my cat’s prescription for her asthma. I know how much I hate my inhalers so I can’t wait to see what it’s like to give them to my cat.
We all laughed at the dream Kathleen beginning with me who dreamt the dream. When I told Patti about it, she too howled! I have never ever heard Patti say anything of a negative tone (you wrote: I hate my inhalers.) about her Asthma Inhalers. Good luck with your cat Kathleen! Cap and Patti
I think the ‘hate’ part stems from my resentment around needing them. HHMMM A resentment! Guess I should talk to my sponsor about that. And to be fair, I resent all the heart medications too. I am not aging gracefully, am I! However, I am grateful to have them, grateful for the insurance that pays a good portion of the bill and grateful that I have the money to afford the co-payments.
I am still laughing about the dream and lack of Birkenstocks.
Hmmmm Kathleen. If you ask me, it is a matter of acceptance not resentment. What IS .. IS. You did touch on gratitude! But some of it could be your never ending nor letting up fatigue. THAT fatigue “will take anyone down Kathleen”. Smiles .. Focus on your kitties and gratitude for them. Cap
