MAY 8, 25.. FOR WHAT IT’S WORTH..
For What It’s Worth, it is Wednesday evening, the 7th of May, as I sit down here at our laptop to publish a Post.
Yes, Oh Yes indeed, it was a Survivor Night. Our television (our cable network) was unable to show tonight’s episode of Survivor. There are now only two episodes until Survivor Season 48 ends on Wednesday May the 21st. So it was (at least in our opinion) not a good night for things to go wrong.
Yes there were “constant and ongoing” announcements from our cable network to the effect of: “We are experiencing technical difficulties out of our control. We will continue to strive to solve this unfortunate situation.”
Finally they said, after well over one hour (Survivor is a 1- 1/2 show): “We have solved the problem. Please check your television.”
We did. Still no Survivor. So we called our service provider. And?
With four (4) minutes left in the show, Voila! We finally had Survivor on our television.
So we did learn who was voted out of Episode 11 of Survivor Season 48.
We “filled in the rest of the show” reading Dalton Ross and his show recap.
We know maybe 98% of you don’t really care about Survivor. But you do care about Patti and me.
Thanks for your support.

NATIONAL TODAY..
Meet NOVA..

Hiya Nova..

And now, The Rest of The Story!
We are now into our second year of NATIONAL TODAY Holidays..
Right now. This very instant, even Patti herself has no idea of where I am going with Nova and this Holiday. Well, maybe Patti’s “keen observation talents” have already revealed why this holiday struck me.
The instant I saw the above Holiday, I immediately recognized the NATIONAL TODAY Model!

Smiling Patti..

Cap and Patti who’s also smiling.
If even one of you is smiling, this Post is satisfactory to us.
- MAY 7, 25.. SENIOR MOMENT(S).. THANKS GOD..
- MAY 9 and MAY 13, 25.. A BLAST FROM THE PAST.. MAY 9, 2013.. KIND WORDS.. WHO’S KITTY CAT IS THIS?
Sorry you missed all but a few minutes of your show. At least it is fixed for now.
Nova is a cool cat next door who hunts on my property regularly. She’ll leave mice at the foot of my front stairs. I’ve never seen a live one in my sheds or house, so she is awesome. We will miss her when we move soon. Sampson is going outside escorted by the dogs. I think his barn cat roots are surfacing as he just loves being out. He respects the fence, and really relies on the companionship of the dogs outside. His father, Theo, is chief barn cat, so it is deep within him and shows. We’ll see.
Hope your enjoying life! Stay well.
Kit
Thanks so very much Kit for your comment. We all, at times, experience the uncertainty of life somewhat dependent upon extensive and highly technological systems such at the internet and on and on and on. It’s truly amazing how seldom our hyper technology actually lets us down. So Nova is a cool cat in your life. How fun. Samson and his father Theo the chief barn cat. Hoping you are Tim are doing well. Cap and Patti
I love Patti’s red hair doo and her room-warming smile! I want what she has… the inner peace, joy and intimate soulful journey of being comfortable within ourselves.
Now…Nova! I was in a 12yr relationship with a woman where, sadly there wasn’t much intimacy. We slept together, hiked, backpacked, mtn. biked together….etc…many more celebrations. But the intimacy and passion weren’t there.
So, we chose together to get a dog. After searching high and low we found our cherished sheltie and named him NOVA! (we were Carl Sagan/PBS devotee’s). We loved that dog. For the last 5yrs he was our cherished companion. He probably was the main reason we stayed together during those last painful days. When my ex and I separated she elected to take him. Oh, how I missed that handsome, loving dog. The End! lol
Lovin’ you both to the moon and back. Prayers that Patti is regaining her health and strength.
Michael
Thanks Michael. I can remember precisely when and where we were when I snapped that photo. Quite a Nova story you shared with us. At first I thought your lady friend was named Nova. Well now you have Little Bit and what a jewel she is! Smiling Michael. Cap and Patti
