SENIOR MOMENTS..

How fitting! Thanks so very much NATIONAL TODAY..

I Forgot Day is celebrated each year on July 2. I Forgot Day is dedicated to forgetfulness.

Patti and I read the  above Holiday writing closely and absolutely NO MENTION was made of SENIOR MOMENTS and our elderly, uncanny ability, to often forget why we went into the other room!

World UFO Day..

Patti and I have one suggestion about UFO’s: IF you are of the opinion UFO’s are nonsense, PLEASE go to Roswell, New Mexico, as we have done, and spend at least a day or better two maybe even three days there. THEN make your final decision about UFO’s.

So why is World UFO Day on July 2? NATIONAL TODAY in their write up of World UFO Day, named July 2nd as the date of the “Roswell Incident”. However Wikipedia and all the other sources state: We do not have the exact date of the incident for a number of reasons. However, all of the evidence points to the occurrence of the “Roswell Incident” falling within the dates of July 2nd to July 8th!

For many, this date represents the anniversary of the famed 1947 incident in Roswell, New Mexico. Believers claim a UFO crash landed here, deep in the American southwest, but that the government has been covering it up ever since. What do you believe?

    I was out along the highway picking up litter a few days ago and couldn’t find my ear plugs. I knew I had been wearing them earlier. I dug in the pocket where I put them, searched the truck, etc.

    While driving home later, I realized the plugs were in my ears…..

        Yes, I thought it was one of my more spectacular moments.

        A close runner-up is the day I was at a friend’s cabin in Halibut Cove, working on editing photos on my computer. I got up to do something and then afterward couldn’t find my reading glasses. I searched everywhere I had been in the cabin.

        Twenty minutes later, I finally located them when I passed by a mirror and looked at my reflection, There were the glasses, hanging from the neck of my tee shirt.

        On the bright side, I walked into a room the other day and remembered what I was there for. Well, it was the bathroom, but, hey! A win is a win and I’ll take it.

          Yet another great “Senior Moment” Gullible. Too bad they are being missed by our followers who are not going back in time to read comments to older Posts. I will say that WE sure are enjoying them!! Cap and Patti
