Our aspirations are more than fantasies; with hard work and persistence, they’re the flame that turns inventions into reality.

ONE HIT WONDERS..
First I wonder why NATIONAL TODAY has two separate Holidays about the same theme! One Hit Wonders. Well they have done this before, having two Holidays covering identical topics!
I think that here we are talking about singers and song writers who have only one piece of music that is really special to the world.
This topic may be of interest to our very own Tom Tiger down in Laughlin, Nevada, who is a real “music buff”!
Although ‘one-hit wonder’ is a term often used in the music industry, it’s also used in other fields like authors, academics, sciences, and sports.
National One-Hit Wonder Day on September 25 was declared by music journalist Steve Rosen in 1990.
He created this day to remember artists who had their five minutes of fame once upon a time and have since been wiped from our memories.
However forgettable the artists are, their hit songs will eternally be etched in our minds.
