Dyslexia Day is observed on October 8 each year.
Dyslexia affects 20% of the population and makes up 80% to 90% of all those with learning disorders.
When I was in the 4th or 5th grade in Elementary School, due to learning difficulties in school, I was about to be “set back” one full grade. Instead (and I have no idea how it came to happen) I was diagnosed (this was year 1945 or so) with Dyslexia. I worked intensely with a wonderful remedial reading teacher, Cally Gartrell, that I will never forget.
To this day, to this moment, dyslexia is a fact in my life that I have learned to deal with.
There is no cure for dyslexia, but interventions and accommodations can significantly improve an individual’s reading and writing abilities.
I could “beat this to death” or just let anyone who is interested study the NATIONAL TODAY website by clicking onto the below link..

If you were to ask Patti IF I seem to have the below symptoms..
..Difficulty reading aloud, especially unfamiliar words
..Slow and inaccurate reading speed
..Poor spelling and grammar
..Confusion with letters and sounds
..Difficulty with rhyming and word retrieval
..Problems with attention and organization
My money “says”: Patti would say: Cap does NOT seem to have any of the above symptoms!
So “There You Have It”.

Cap and Patti
So, if Patti days you don’t have any of those symptoms, I have a question:
“Is you is
Or is you ain’t ”
Dyslexic?
Do you still see “unite” or “untie”?
Do you mind your Ps and Qs?
Gullible Patti does NOT think that I have absolutely no issues with dyslexia. She only says that my issues with dyslexia are not overwhelmingly severe and do not seem to negatively affect my life. Cap
Ah, ps and qs?
