SURVIVOR 49 FINALE..
Yesterday, for the first time this Survivor Season, we published a relatively detailed Post about Survivor 49, the CBS Television Series that has been running twice a year since May of 2000.
We promised to let those 5% of our readers “Who might be interested in the results” know how Survivor 49 ended.
The final show was three hours in duration.
At the scheduled starting time (7pm) CBS was showing another program. What a disappointment! After waiting eagerly for the season Finale there was no Survivor.
Then suddenly, at 7:20pm, “On came the Survivor 49 Season Finale”. We got to see the entire three hour program from start to finish ending at 10:20pm!
There were two Immunity Challenges.
Savannah Louie won the first Immunity Challenge and tied the all time Survivor Record for most Immunity Challenge wins for a woman with 4 wins.
Kristina Mills was voted out and joined the Jury.
The final Immunity Challenge of Survivor 49 was won by Sophi Balerdi.
Sophi took Sage Ahrens-Nichols with her into the Finals.
Rizo Velovic and Savannah Louie had to then compete in a Fire Making Challenge. Savannah won and joined Sophi and Sage in the finals.
The 8 member Jury voted Savannah Louie (with 5 Jury votes) as the Sole Survivor and awarded her 1 million dollars!! Sophi got 2 votes. Sage got 1 vote.
Patti and I then read Dalton Ross’s Recap of the Finale.
Survivor 50 Premieres Feb 25, 2026.
