SEP 21, 26 (2 / 2).. GRATITUDE DAY.. RESPECT FOR THE AGED..
Rather than just writing about our Streak of Posts (Part 1 above), it fit for us to write about Gratitude and how grateful we are that we have been able to write and publish Daily Posts for four (4) years.

PART 2 of 2..
Hello NATIONAL TODAY !!

World Gratitude Day arrives every September 21st.
This holiday is a reminder to pause and acknowledge the blessings and people in our lives. This day encourages us to actively express thanks, and to foster a culture of appreciation and kindness.

Regularly practicing gratitude can significantly boost your own happiness and it has been linked to numerous other benefits, including improved physical health, better sleep, stronger relationships, and increased resilience in the face of adversity.

So out and off I went to study, and to explore, the NATIONAL TODAY Holiday about Respect for The Elderly!

Look what I found!
“Click Bait”

It is a Japanese Holiday! And Yes Oh Yes the Japanese DO respect their Elders. But their process differs from ours!

- SEP 20, 26.. HOO-RAY GULLIBLE IS BACK.. NEVER SAY NEVER..
- SEP 21, 26 (1 / 2).. AMAZING!! FOUR YEARS!!
I can imagine the number of times I have told sponsees to write a gratitude list and call me back to fill me in. It almost always changes our attitudes for the better.
I am grateful that I was told that many times. Now it’s almost 2nd nature. When I find something to mourn about, I somehow end up doing a gratitude list. I think that is one of the reasons I have been able to ride out this wretched illness. Even on my worst days, I can reach for something to be grateful about.
Sure enough Kathleen. BUT? Somehow, someway, we really have to decide we want to get out of our own heads when something IS bothering us!! Cap and Patti
