Hi Cap and Patti!
Great post! I think it’s always wise to try out a new restaurant – especially while you two are traveling in so many far-out-locations on this trip that you may not return in the to distant future! Always love your photos of your meals – and of course the photos make me very hungry!! Have fun, travel safe and you certainly are enjoying all those good “eats”!! A question for you: do you pick up any recipes for the meals you really enjoy?

Thanks for your comment Mister ‘Zilla Ol’ Pal. NO we do not pick up any recipes for any meals. For openers, we can’t speak the language. Most professional (and even friends) cooks are quite secretive about their recipes as well. Cap and Patti
I am forever grateful that the higher-end restaurant was closed and Yusuf took us to the little family restaurant in Mongolia. Can’t recall the name of the town right now. I loved that place. Glad to see you two are exploring also.
It could have been the Village of Bulgan in Mongolia where we got the meal you mention. Had I known CHIN-CHIN was so high-end we may not have eaten there. We really enjoyed our experience however. We plan to return as well. Thanks for your comment. Cap and Patti
