Patti and I, along with our very good friend Steve, who lives in Hong Kong, enjoyed a really nice dinner at the Spaghetti House in Kowloon.

A little chit chat with Patti :
Well My Dear One, I finally went-over-the-edge with my recent batch of hard-boiled-eggs. To an egg, the entire batch of nine eggs was turning out to be impossible to shell even halfway decently.
“Nuts!” I said to myself.
So I decided to simply cut them in half and eat them with a small spoon just like you would regularly do with a freshly boiled egg at breakfast.
You will chuckle at my solution in the photos below:
You are seeing three different eggs.
You are not seeing three photographs of one egg.
I figured that you’d get a little chuckle out of my solution.

Great solution .. cut the eggs in half and eat them with a spoon! I KNOW, from experience there, it is a MAJOR challenge with many of the eggs to get the shells off without sacrificing much of the egg white. Possibly this is because the eggs are pretty fresh.
