      Thanks ‘Zilla and Kleiner Bear. This was more than a major goal. I don’t know how to rate it higher but I could almost say it was a late-in-life goal, one I began to doubt I would be able to achieve. Will keep you and others up-to-date on the food.    Way to go, Cap. Now, consider this: Yoou owe us soooo many photos.. Your apartment, the food, the city, etc., etc.

   PS: When I was in RUssia and had dinner in the home of a Russian woman, I discovered that boiled potatoes are usually the main dish. But, they were excellent potatoes.

      Hi Gullible .. I just published Part 3 of 3 of my Irkutsk entry on October 29th. In this Part 3 of 3 are photos of my apartment here in Irkutsk. Also a photo or two of my only lunch. Smiles .. Cap
