In the United States .. we do NOT have anywhere near the ‘scooter population’ that they have here in India.

Since there are so very many scooters here in India .. it should not be too surprising that they ‘do things’ with them that we do not!

I have NEVER .. in the United States .. seen a scooter with what I would call ‘training wheels’!

Bicycles?  Yes!  Sure!  Very common! But not scooters.  Let me tell you these ‘training wheels’ are extremely sturdy!

I mean!  WITH SHOCK ABSORBERS AND ALL!  New out-of-the-box!

Do any of you kind of ‘idly wonder’ how-it-is that I get some of my photos?  I mean this little family-of-three were just trucking along and here comes ‘ol bobba kaps with his camera!
