I am age 83-years and it isn’t going to get much better than the amazing condition I seem to be in Doctor-wise.
My heart was jumping out of my chest with a pulse of 92.
Lord God I’m afraid of what my blood pressure is going to be.
126 over 68.
It does NOT get any better than this (so sayeth my Doctor).
My chest remains clear as a bell.
Patti is supporting me through the (whatever it is) malaise I brought home with me.
A wonderful visit of several hours with a good friend here in Anchorage. A subway tuna foot long with Tomato Basil Soup and to bed early.
