I DON’T LIKE TO DO THIS BUT ..
I don’t like to put one Post on top of another Post BUT sometimes it just happens.
In this case I am ‘on fire’ to write what I am going to write and I DO NOT want to wait until tomorrow to do so.
Here’s what I mean. I (more or less) just published a Post (MAR 13, 22) and no doubt many (if not all of you except Gord in Michigan and Gullible) will NOT yet have read the MAR 13, 22 Post which is (in my opinion) a good Post with a lot of photos about our great day last Saturday with Tom and Ginny.
So at the bottom of this Post I will suggest you continue to scroll down to the MAR 13, 22 Post (that is IF you haven’t seen it yet).

Anyone who has a website (call it a Blog if you must) that has been active for a fair number of years lives with the self-inflicted pain and erroneous belief that no one is reading (let alone caring about) their website (Blog). Now somewhere deep within each of us with websites (Blogs) we do full well KNOW this is not accurate because we have a close knit tight band of followers who DO let us know (from time to time) that YES THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT OUR EFFORTS (a vigorous or determined attempt).
Patti and I number amongst our close friends and loyal supporters of our efforts here Olga.
We met Olga in Chita back in year 2019 and have remained close friends.
Taa-Daa!! We received the following message (dated just yesterday Sunday the 13th) on WhatsApp from Olga :
Now keep in mind that I have been on-a-roll here having already posted 10 Posts in March, 29 Posts in February (with only 28 days), 28 Posts in January (with 31 days) and 25 Posts in December (with 31 days). During which period Patti and I have been almost overwhelmed with Mayo Clinic appointments and activities, having had our truck stolen, me having been in the Emergency Room with diverticulitis etc ad nauseum. Sports Fans I can’t do much better than this.
So Olga wrote (yesterday after I missed one day here on dot.net) via WhatsApp :
Cap, Patti, dears, are you OK? The last page of your blog was dated by March 11th.. I’m worried … Olga
I replied to Olga :
Hi Olga.. Oh yes Olga we are doing very well.. Today here it is March 13th. I did a March 11th Post day before yesterday. Olga I am not able, nor am I willing, to publish a Post (without fail) 365 days a year. Sometimes we are very busy and I am just not able to do a writing. See?? Missing a day (or even two or three) is not an issue for me. I AM TOUCHED that you care and are concerned about us. So sending this text of yours to us is wonderful.. Thanks so very VERY MUCH Olga. Cap and Patti too ..
Then I went on to add in another WhatsApp text to Olga ..
Olga, on blogspot I published LONG Posts with MANY photos on March 6th and 8th and 10th. These take a lot of time and energy. So missing a day (March 12th) is of little consequence. Smiling .. Cap and Patti
I did NOT tell Olga : Actually Olga, probably many of our followers are relieved when we miss a day or two or three and they don’t have to feel they need to read this stuff !!
Here is the victory ! I continue along here on this road in spite of my mind and it’s issues with what I am doing here !
