Today is (Taa – Daa) : Friday the Thirteenth.
Friday the 13th is considered an unlucky day in Western superstition. It occurs when the 13th day of the month in the Gregorian calendar falls on a Friday, which happens at least once every year but can occur up to three times in the same year. For example, 2015 had a Friday the 13th in February, March, and November; 2017 and 2020 had two Friday the 13ths each; 2021 had just one occurrence of Friday the 13th; the year 2022 will also have a single occurrence.[1]
Friday the 13th occurs in any month that begins on a Sunday.

Today .. Friday the Thirteenth .. Friday 13 March 2022 ..
Today .. Patti and I are getting onto an airliner here in Anchorage, Alaska, and we will first fly South to Seattle, Washington. We will layover a few hours and then fly on a red-eye East from Seattle, Washington, to Detroit, Michigan.
And?
Yours Truly, and Patti Along With Me, can’t fully comprehend we are going on the road again for just under a full month but .. we are ..
And?
In MANY ways we are really looking forward to seeing a bunch of friends that we have not seen in over 4 – 1/2 years.
And? We WILL enjoy ourselves. Patti first visited Michigan with me in late September of 1994 so Patti has almost twenty eight (28) years of familiarity with Michigan, from the Greater Detroit Metropolitan area in South East Michigan, to a lot of the Upper Peninsula as well as the Central and Western areas of Michigan. We’ve seen quite a few major league sporting events in Detroit : The Detroit Lions (NFL football), The Detroit Tigers (MLB baseball), The Detroit Pistons (NBA basketball), and The Detroit Red Wings (NHL Ice Hockey). Back in time (December 1, 1994) Patti saw her very first Rock and Roll Concert seeing Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones.

You always find something interesting and teaching :-) I’ve read the article about Friday, 13th with great interest. I’ve never known about similar superstitions in other countries.
I’m sure, your new trip will be not less exciting and beneficial than your previous one.
