AUG 18, 22 .. FOR WHAT IT’S WORTH

This weekend, back in the Northern Suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, the (almost) World Famous Woodward Avenue Dream Cruise is being held. Tomorrow (Friday) on blogspot, I am going to re-visit ( another Blast-From-The-Past) the August 2014 Dream Cruise that Patti, Detroit Tiger Tom and myself so enjoyed. It is the last time we saw a Dream Cruise.

We know who will smile looking at the below photo from that cruise!

Go Figure. Try, Try, Try, as hard as I am able to outwit and to out think this long term covid fatigue I fall short.

To wit. I’ve been really working at getting 10 to 12 hours of good sleep. The night of Tuesday / Wednesday was an extremely challenging night. I (extremely unusual and very rare for me) had a lot of trouble getting to sleep. It took 2 to 3 hours before I think I dozed off. Then I was up and down, and up and down, far too many times. So after this challenging night guess what? Yesterday (Wednesday) was as good a day as is possible  for me. So now I wonder if I’m sleeping too much. The issue is how I feel ! And when I feel the fatigue, I can’t think my way around it. It seems to have it’s very own life.

I have to chuckle at all the people who adamantly deny having covid. “I don’t have covid. It’s just a bad cold.”

This ‘bad cold’ I’ve had since May 19th had my nose running like crazy yesterday afternoon. So I did a covid at-home test and proved them all correct. I tested NEGATIVE and I do have a bad cold but at the same time, I don’t have active covid. But May 19th we both tested POSITIVE so we weren’t imagining it then.
