    You will have plenty of time to write a book in Arizona. Right? Also, isn’t it about time you rented a condo or apartment where you will be more comfortable than in a hotel room? I know you will argue that you’ve priced this out, but being stuck in a hotel room for months on end is not my idea of pleasant.

      Yes indeed we have looked into it. Almost each winter we look into options. The availability of rental condos and apartments is very (as in VERY) limited Gullible. There seems to be a real crunch in the overall real estate market not to mention the rental market nationwide. Then the ones that are available will NOT rent to short term visitors. Lastly this does give us some flexiblity if we want to move around. Cap
