DEC 26, 22 .. WE ARE GOING TO ENJOY OUR NEW APARTMENT

Patti and I have signed a long term lease to rent an apartment here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We now have a real home-away-from-home down here in Arizona.
Our apartment is 100% fully furnished. From towels and bedding to a full kitchen full of implements. New T.V. and internet service. You name it and it’s there. We’ve met three of our four neighbors and REALLY like them. One is a 12 year tenant. Another is an 8 year tenant.

Patti and I enjoyed a quiet Christmas. We attended a meeting, watched the Tampa Bay vs Arizona NFL football game, and I spent at least six hours working on the above posts showing our new-to-us apartment.

Now that Patti and I have a permanent and long term commitment to Lake Havasu City, I have formally signed up as a volunteer for the upcoming January Balloon Festival !
